How to Get Pregnant with Endometriosis-Increasing the Odds of Getting Pregnant with Endometriosis

Some women may have any problem that limits their ability to get pregnant. A woman can normally get pregnant within 6 months, 9 months or even a year if she does not use any contraceptive device or birth control pill. If within the specified time you do not seem to get pregnant even though you are not under birth control pills or any contraceptive device, there might be something wrong.

There are many reasons for the failure of getting pregnant. One of them is the existence of endometriosis in one of your fallopian tubes. This will limit your chances of getting pregnant since it blocks the way through which a mature egg travels to the uterus.

Endometriosis is a blockage in the fallopian tubes that closes the way to the uterus. When you have one of your fallopian tubes blocked, a mature egg will lose its way to the uterus. Women have two types of hymen, a perforated tissue in the entrance of vagina.

The first type is the perforated one that will allow blood from menstruation run swiftly through vagina. The perforated hymen is torn as you get your first period. The second is solid that blocks your period blood from running swiftly through vagina. The solid hymen is not torn during your first period.

Women with endometriosis can get pregnant naturally if they know how to get pregnant with endometriosis. However,  it will take as long as three years. The fallopian tubes need some time to heal itself from endometriosis. There are certain medical procedures you can consider if you want to get pregnant fast.

One of the procedures is IVF. But, you have to keep in mind that this is not the best way to get pregnant if you are in your 40s. You only have 10 % chances of giving live birth if you use your own egg. An egg donor from a younger woman is better as long as it does not carry any transmissible disease.

Anyway, IVF is recommended for you who are between 20-25 years old but you have endometriosis in your fallopian tubes. IVF is effective for a woman with endometriosis, but it is a painful and expensive way to get pregnant.
